The Medical, Digitalization & AI Enablement Lead provides medical and scientific support while advancing digitalization and AI-enabled solutions across Clinical Affairs. This role combines medical and scientific capability with practical digital and AI enablement for Clinical Affairs. It translates clinical business needs into focused digital or AI-enabled solutions that improve evidence generation, workflow efficiency and knowledge application. In this role, you will be responsible for: Medical and Scientific Support • Conduct medical literature searches and reviews, synthesize clinical evidence, and prepare scientific summaries and related content. • Provide medical and scientific input to clinical study design, clinical documents and evidence-generation activities. • Review scientific content to ensure medical accuracy, clarity and consistency. • Support manuscript preparation, review, publication activities and related scientific communication. Clinical Digitalization • Understand Clinical Affairs workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, visibility and knowledge sharing through digitalization. • Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of clinical digital tools, dashboards, automated workflows and knowledge solutions. • Promote the effective use of existing digital solutions and evaluate their adoption, user experience and business value. • Collaborate with clinical teams and cross-functional partners to integrate validated digital solutions into routine workflows. AI Opportunity and Solution Enablement • Identify clinical and scientific business needs that can be addressed through AI-enabled solutions. • Translate business needs into clearly defined AI use cases and prioritize them based on business value, feasibility, risk and scalability. • Develop and maintain a prioritized Clinical AI use case portfolio and roadmap, with a focus on literature review, scientific content and clinical knowledge applications. • Research and evaluate AI tools, platforms and vendor solutions based on business fit, scientific reliability, source traceability and user needs. • Lead selected AI initiatives from business design and pilot implementation through evaluation and adoption. • Develop practical guidance, training materials and reusable workflows to support responsible AI adoption across Clinical Affairs. The essential

of the job include: • Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, clinical research or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred. • Relevant experience in Clinical Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Medical Writing or a related scientific function. • Strong capability in medical literature research, clinical evidence evaluation and scientific content development. • Ability to translate clinical business needs into practical digital, automation or AI-enabled solution concepts. • Ability to understand business needs, structure complex problems and translate them into practical solutions. • Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Experience in diagnostics, in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or life sciences. • Hands-on experience with clinical digitalization, dashboards, workflow automation, knowledge management, AI tools or AI agents. • Experience supporting pilot implementation, user adoption or change management for digital or AI-enabled solutions.
