1、2027 届全日制硕士研究生，汽车类、工业设计类、心理学类、人因工程类相关专业；

   具备基本的英语听说读写能力；

   熟悉整车构造、汽车原理、电子电器及智能座舱基本功能逻辑，具备较完备的汽车相关知识体系；

   具备互联网体验设计思维，了解生态运营、多端互联、云端配置、大数据AI等基础业务知识；

   具备一定的具象表达能力，能综合运用多种手段准确表达体验设计意图；

   具备良好的用户体验思维，运用第一性原理进行本质思考，深度洞察用户价值，善于使用体验技术实践用户价值。 Position Description:

   Responsible for dynamically tracking the domestic macroeconomic environment and national/local policy orientation, analyzing and judging the impact on the automotive industry and market segments;

   Responsible for dynamically conducting research on the current situation and trends of the passenger vehicle market environment, segmented market competitive environment and users, and compiling market research reports;

   Responsible for sorting out new vehicle market conditions and compiling new vehicle analysis reports;

    Responsible for dynamically collecting, sorting out and researching information such as strategies, product planning and technical planning of domestic and overseas competing automakers, and outputting insight reports;

    Responsible for dynamically collecting, sorting out and researching intelligence information of domestic and overseas auto shows. Qualifications:

    2027 full-time master's degree graduate, majoring in automotive, industrial design, psychology, human factors engineering or related fields;

13. 02

    Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

14. 03

    Familiar with vehicle structure, automotive principles, basic functional logic of electronic appliances and intelligent cockpit, with a relatively complete automotive-related knowledge system;

15. 04

    With Internet experience design thinking, understanding basic business knowledge such as ecological operation, multi-device interconnection, cloud configuration, big data and AI;

16. 05

    Certain concrete expression ability, able to accurately express experience design intentions by comprehensively using various means;

17. 06

    Good user experience thinking, applying first principles for essential thinking, deeply insight into user value, and good at using experience technology to practice user value.
