Using Tesla's powerful and rich data platform you can capture the characteristics of China's traffic conditions, then through systematic analysis methods, propose safety

to development teams and actively push improvements. In addition you will join to contact with government supervisors to explain the intended functional safety performance of Tesla's new features are compatible to government requirements. Support to contact for government regulators and authorized testing agencies to promote the compliance, implementation, and efficient adoption of Tesla's advanced safety features in the Chinese market Support to organize validation and testing activities for certain safety-related technologies in China Contribute to building the relevant safety framework, and maintain associated systems and process documentation REQUIREMENTS MUST 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子电气工程、软件工程、机械电子等相关专业。 至少有1项汽车安全开发的项目经历。 熟悉中国汽车安全法规体系及行业标准。 具备扎实的系统分析能力，熟悉数据驱动的安全工程方法论。 优秀的跨团队沟通与项目管理能力。 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in vehicle engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, software engineering, mechanical electronics or other related majors. At least one complete project experience in vehicle-level safety development. Familiarity with China's automotive safety regulatory system and industry standards. Strong system analysis skills and familiarity with data-driven safety engineering methodologies. Excellent cross-team communication and project management skills. Proficient in English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
