1. 01

   Implementing of intellectual property policy and strategies in Atlas Copco Wuxi and responsible subsidiary of Atlas Copco group. 执行阿特拉斯·科普柯无锡及阿特拉斯·科普柯集团相关子公司知识产权政策和战略。

2. 02

   Responsible for patent mining, patent searching, identifying and evaluating patents relevant to Atlas Copco core product design areas. 负责专利挖掘、专利检索, 识别和评估与阿特拉斯·科普柯核心产品设计领域相关的专利。

3. 03

   Draft/review patent application and reply to office action for both local and international patents. 起草/审核专利申请并针对国内和国际专利的审查文件进行答复。

   Participate in product development procedure, to assure that Atlas Copco design does not infringe on an existing competitor patent. 定期参与产品开发流程， 确保阿特拉斯·科普柯的设计不侵犯现有竞争对手的专利。

   Monitor and evaluate competitor products and patents periodically to understand and analyze their technology, draft analysis reports and share with related business area. 定期监控并评估竞争对手的产品和专利，了解和分析他们的技术，起草分析报告并分享给相关业务部门。

   Support for free to operation search, patent invalidation analysis, intellectual property enforcement and other related matters. 为自由实施检索、专利无效分析、知识产权维权等事宜提供支持。

   Know and understand various technologies used in compressor, blower, dryer products (e.g. drive train, air system, cooling system…). 了解压缩机、鼓风机、干燥机等产品中使用的各种技术（如驱动链、进出气系统、冷却系统等）。

   Develop and update training material related to intellectual property and organize intellectual property training. 开发和更新与知识产权相关的培训材料，并组织知识产权培训。

   Liaison between Atlas Copco Wuxi and the intellectual property team of Atlas Copco Compressor Technique located in Belgium. 负责阿特拉斯·科普柯无锡与阿特拉斯·科普柯比利时知识产权团队之间的联系。

    Work closely with engineering management and legal counsel to identify any IP liability issues and coordinate the solution. 与工程部和法务部紧密合作，以识别知识产权责任问题并协调解决方案。 Competence and

岗位任职能力与资格要求： Experience Requirements经验要求 • Nearly 2~3 years' experience in writing, reviewing, managing patents and conducting patentability and infringement analysis and handling. 2~3年专利撰写、审查、管理、可专利性和侵权分析及处理经验。

• 有大型集团公司或企业相关工作经验优先 IP experience in large-scale group companies and enterprises is preferred. Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求 • Qualification of Patent attorney is a must. 必须具备专利代理师资格。

• Knowledge of patent drafting and OA reply is a must • 具备专利撰写和审查意见答复的知识。

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other engineering background. 机械工程、电气工程或其他相关工程类专业本科或以上学历。
