海外财务副经理

拥有全盘账务逻辑，每月定期检核海外子公司编制的财务报表和管理报表； Have a good understanding of fullset accounting. Review financial statements and management reports from overseas subsidiaries every month.

熟悉资产核算和管理，监督子公司资产核算准确性和安全性，促进资产管理效率提升； Know well asset accounting and management. Check the accuracy and safety of subsidiaries’assets, and help improve asset management efficiency. 熟悉应收管理，监督子公司应收账款质量，控制应收风险，促进应收周转率提升； Be familiar with accounts receivable management. Monitor subsidiaries’ receivable quality, control receivable risks and raise receivable turnover rate.

熟悉预算工作，能够独立完成子公司预算编制和检核，促进子公司预算质量提升。 Have budgeting experience, Independently prepare and check subsidiary budgets to improve budget quality.

定期召集海外子公司的预算分析会议或其他形式会议，针对经营情况提出问题并推动整改，促进子公司日常财务管理水平提升。 Hold regular budget review meetings and other meetings with overseas subsidiaries. Find problems from business results, push for corrections and improve subsidiaries’ daily finance work.

熟悉海内外的财税法律法规，能够给海外子公司提供相关政策制度上的建议。 Know Chinese and overseas tax-related laws and rules. Provide policy suggestions for overseas subsidiaries.

协助总部海外财务负责人完成专项工作：包含关联交易核对、合并报表基础数据检核、海外财务制度落地监督等。 Support the headquarters overseas finance lead on special tasks: reconcile intercompany transactions, check source data for consolidated financial statements, and supervise the rollout of overseas finance rules.

本科及以上学历，财务会计相关专业，中级会计职称，税务师/ACCA/CPA优先考虑; Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Accounting. Intermediate Accountant Certificate is required. Tax Agent / ACCA / CPA is highly preferred. 2、5年及以上相关工作经验，英语为必备工作语言，懂泰语、越语的是加分项； At least 5 years of relevant finance work experience. Business English is required. Thai or Vietnamese is a plus.

具有强烈的学习意识、财务分析能力和跨部门协作意识，能够推动海外子公司落实整改事项； Quick to learn, good at financial analysis and crossteam communication. Able to push overseas subsidiaries to finish corrective action

熟悉操作财务软件和Excel、ppt等办公软件，会PowerBi的优先考虑。 Skilled in finance software, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is preferred.

本岗位based上海，能接受海外频繁出差。 This position is based in Shanghai. Candidate shall accept frequent overseas business trips.

有跨境电商工作经验，优先考虑。 Previous cross-border e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
