全球支付产品经理 / Product Manager – Global Payments

关于本岗位： 本岗位负责公司全球支付产品的规划与能力建设，重点覆盖订阅支付、支付路由、Token、退款、拒付及争议处理等模块。该岗位需与卡组织、收单机构及多家PSP协作，持续优化支付体验与支付成功率，并在支付转化、欺诈风险、退款拒付和通道成本之间建立可持续的平衡机制。 岗位职责： · 负责全球支付产品规划与行业研究：持续跟踪卡组织、收单机构、PSP、本地支付及海外监管动态，沉淀行业信息、竞品动态和最佳实践，为产品决策提供依据；

• 负责全球支付能力建设：涵盖订阅支付、支付路由、Token、智能重试、退款、拒付及争议处理等模块，推进相关能力的设计与优化；

• 负责PSP对接与管理：推进服务商选型、商务合作、产品接入及支付成功率优化，维护与主要支付服务商的合作关系；

• 建立支付风险及争议监控体系：围绕支付转化、欺诈风险、退款拒付和通道成本进行动态监控与平衡

• 三年以上全球支付、跨境支付或金融科技相关工作经验；

• 熟悉国际卡支付、收单、3DS、Token、CIT/MIT、拒付争议及卡组织风控规则；

• 有多家PSP合作经验；

• 具备较强的行业研究、数据分析、跨团队协作和文档输出能力。 加分项： · 熟悉Stripe、Adyen、Checkout、Antom等支付服务商。 About This Role: Meitu's consumer products operate across Asia, North America, and Latin America. This role owns the global payment infrastructure that supports subscription and digital services in these markets. Key Responsibilities: · Own the global payments product roadmap and ongoing market research, tracking card networks, acquirers, PSPs, local payment methods, and regulatory developments across key markets;

• Build and optimize payment capabilities including subscription billing, payment routing, tokenization, intelligent retry, refunds, chargebacks, and dispute handling;

• Manage PSP relationships and integrations, leading vendor evaluation, commercial onboarding, product access, and payment success-rate optimization;

• Establish payment risk and dispute monitoring frameworks that balance conversion, fraud exposure, chargebacks, refunds, and processing costs;

• Consolidate global payment industry insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices to support business decisions. What You Bring: · 3+ years of experience in global payments, cross-border payments, or fintech;

• Working knowledge of international card payments, acquiring, 3DS, tokenization, CIT/MIT, chargeback and dispute processes, and card network risk rules;

• Proven experience working with multiple PSPs in a product, integration, or partnership capacity;

• Demonstrated ability to conduct industry research, analyze payment performance data, collaborate across teams, and produce clear documentation.
