Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager - West Region

The Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager is responsible for: Preparing and facilitating Louis Vuitton’s Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individualized training plans tailored to the specific needs of stores/regions. Supporting the region in driving customer delight by ensuring the applied learning of selling skills through observation and coaching. Providing ongoing mentorship to store teams, designed to enhance the proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

You bring exceptional experience in influencing and training team members, ideally from a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business. You possess highly developed coaching and mentoring skills and are able to provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed.
