Chassis Development (Campus)

Brief description of the position: Monitor and ensure the implementation of specified

on function, system and component levels. Involved in developing, evaluating, and finally releasing chassis parts. This position holds the responsibility for all matters about the work in development and localization for chassis parts in VCTC. Key Tasks: 电控底盘/机械底盘及相关部分工程师 Qualification and Skills: Education: University Studies (e.g., Master or Bachelor degree) Skills: Know very well about the development for chassis Keen insight for cost control and Low-cost development Ability to formulate and execute development plans Evaluate the test reports, formulate the optimization and compile recommendations for approval of rear axle parts Know very well about the VW system, processes especially in technical and pre-series development and the release process Personnel planning and personnel training for group Structured working methods, ability to work in a team, high dedication, high degree of initiative, above-average communication skills, assertiveness, innovative approach Much Knowledge about the CAD&CAE softwares like Catia, Abaqus, Adams and so on PC skills: KVS, AVON, PAB-Online, CATIA, Abaqus, and so on Language: Listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in German or English
