供应商质量工程师Supplier Quality Engineer

Supplier Quality Management Manage supplier quality issues from incoming inspection, production and customer complaints. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D methodology. Drive suppliers to achieve sustainable quality improvements. Supplier Performance Improvement Monitor supplier KPI performance including PPM, NCR, on-time corrective actions and audit findings. Develop supplier improvement plans and ensure implementation. Supplier Audit Plan and perform supplier process audits. Assess supplier capability, process control and quality systems. Follow up audit findings and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. New Supplier Development Support supplier

and supplier selection processes. Participate in supplier assessments and risk evaluations. 岗位职责： 供应商质量管理（Supplier Quality Management） 负责处理供应商质量问题，包括来料检验、生产过程及客户投诉中涉及的供应商质量异常。 主导根本原因分析及纠正措施实施，运用 8D 方法推动问题闭环解决。 推动供应商持续改进质量管理水平，实现质量绩效的长期稳定提升。 供应商绩效改进（Supplier Performance Improvement） 监控供应商关键绩效指标（KPI），包括 PPM（百万分率不良率）、NCR（不合格报告）、纠正措施按时完成率及审核发现项等。 制定供应商改善计划，并推动改善措施的有效落地与执行。 供应商审核（Supplier Audit） 制定并实施供应商过程审核计划。 评估供应商的生产能力、过程控制水平及质量管理体系的有效性。 跟踪审核发现的问题，验证纠正措施的实施效果和持续有效性。 新供应商开发（New Supplier Development） 支持新供应商准入资格审核及供应商选择工作。 参与供应商评估及风险分析，确保供应链质量与业务需求相匹配。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience： Degree/major: Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, such as machinery , materials, etc., Work experience: at least 5 years of supplier quality management experience or relevant quality management background, solid technical foundation and rich field experience; Skills: knowledge of electrical components (mainly motors) or relevant, mechanical experience is preferred; Proficient in using 8D report, familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC quality tools; Strong communication and coordination skills, good problem analysis and problem solving skills; Well knowledge about ISO9001 or TS16949 quality system, experience in supplier audit or relevant training, certificate of internal auditor is preferred; Good oral and written English level is required; Be able to travel frequently Work attitude: hard-working, team–oriented. 岗位要求： 学历与专业要求：本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料工程等理工科相关专业。 工作经验：5年以上供应商质量管理经验或相关质量管理工作背景，具备扎实的专业技术基础和丰富的现场质量管理经验。 专业技能： 熟悉电气类零部件（以电机为主）相关知识，具备机械行业或机械制造领域经验者优先； 熟练运用8D问题解决方法，熟悉APQP（产品质量先期策划）、FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）、MSA（测量系统分析）、PPAP（生产件批准程序）、SPC（统计过程控制）等质量管理工具； 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，以及较强的问题分析与解决能力； 熟悉ISO 9001或IATF 16949（原TS16949）质量管理体系，具有供应商审核经验或相关培训经历者优先； 持有内部审核员资格证书者优先。 语言能力：具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够进行日常工作沟通及技术交流。 其他要求：能够适应较高频率的出差安排。 职业素养：工作严谨负责，积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神和执行力
