Senior Tax Supervisor

1. Regular tax compliance and handle tax related correspondence internally and externally.

2. Provide professional tax advice to address the issues, ensuring the correct implementation of tax policy by the company.

3. Review contracts in tax perspectives, assessing terms to identify potential tax risks, provide recommendations for contract terms based on in-depth understanding of domestic and international tax regulations, ensuring contracts are both compliant and tax efficient.

4. Handle tax compliance for the Group's monthly outbound payments, including reviewing payment contracts and documentation, and determining the necessity for tax registration and filing.

5. Other tax project support.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in taxation or finance.

2. 3 years or more tax related working experience, with solid tax knowledge. Familiar with HK tax policy, China agriculture and land tax regulation preferred.

3. Excellent writing skills and communication skills in both Chinese and English.

4. Good collaboration skills and team spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility.

5. Optimistic, outgoing, proactive, and able to deliver good quality of work under pressure.
