) 1. Dual-channel Packaging Project Delivery • Manage full lifecycle packaging projects for both Retail and AFH channels, covering new product development, value engineering and routine packaging maintenance. • Align cross-functional resources and follow up project milestones strictly to ensure all packaging projects are delivered on time and meet business

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, Food Science and other related majors. • 5+ years of FMCG packaging R&D experience, familiar with sauce and condiment industry packaging development and factory production process. • Rich practical experience in NPD project, VE optimization and packaging maintenance, with stable cross-plant collaboration capability. • Familiar with full types of condiment packaging forms, including flexible packaging, hard plastic, glass and metal can packaging systems. • Solid capability in packaging cost optimization, technical problem-solving and cross-department & cross-plant project coordination. • Standardized project management thinking, able to manage multiple types of packaging projects efficiently under tight schedules.
