该岗位隶属电连接器事业部GI业务销售团队，base地首选杭州总部，其他区域根据客户群体分布可以具体协商， 工作职责包含：

   负责数据中心行业市场开发与客户拓展工作，挖掘行业业务机会；

   跟踪数据中心行业发展趋势，收集市场信息及客户需求，协助制定行业拓展策略；

   建立并维护与数据中心产业链客户的良好合作关系；

   推动公司连接器产品在服务器、电源系统、UPS、机柜及相关基础设施领域的应用推广；

5. 05

   协调研发、产品、质量及供应链等内部资源，推进项目从需求识别到量产落地；

6. 06

   参与行业展会、技术交流及客户拜访活动，提高公司品牌及产品影响力；

This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and promoting our interconnect solutions within the Data Center ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to support new business growth and industry penetration. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development activities within the Data Center industry. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. • Identify and develop opportunities with Data Center operators, OEMs, system integrators, and infrastructure providers. • Promote connector solutions for servers, power systems, UPS, rack systems, and related applications. • Support customer engagement, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations. • Coordinate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate project implementation. • Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer visits. • Maintain and manage project pipelines and customer relationships.    本科及以上学历，电子、电气、自动化、通信等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上数据中心、ICT基础设施、电源设备、机房设备等相关行业经验；

   对数据中心产业链及主要应用场景有一定了解；

   具备客户开发、项目推进或技术商务沟通经验；

   具有较好的市场敏锐度和商务拓展能力；

   具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神；

   英语能作为工作语言使用。 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center, ICT Infrastructure, Power Systems, Connectivity, or related industries. • Good understanding of the Data Center market and industry ecosystem. • Experience in customer development, project management, technical support, or sales is preferred. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel. • English communication skills for business correspondence and meetings are preferred. 其他亮点：
