该岗位隶属电连接器事业部GI业务销售团队，base地首选杭州总部，其他区域根据客户群体分布可以具体协商， 工作职责包含：

   负责半导体行业市场开发及客户拓展工作；

   跟踪半导体设备、晶圆制造及先进封装领域市场动态；

   发掘连接器产品在半导体设备及自动化装备中的应用机会；

   建立并维护与设备厂商、系统集成商及产业链客户的合作关系；

   协调客户需求及内部资源，推动项目导入及量产；

   参与行业展会及技术交流活动；

The role will focus on identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and supporting the adoption of connector solutions in semiconductor equipment and automation applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and support business opportunities within the Semiconductor industry. • Monitor industry developments, customer requirements, and market trends. • Identify potential applications for connector solutions in semiconductor equipment and automation systems. • Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor equipment manufacturers and related customers. • Support customer qualification processes and project implementation activities. • Coordinate internal resources to support customer requirements and project execution. • Participate in technical seminars, industry exhibitions, and customer visits. • Contribute to business growth plans and market development strategies.    本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、机械、电气等相关专业； 2、5年以上半导体设备、工业自动化或精密制造行业经验；

   熟悉半导体产业链基本情况；

   具备一定客户开发、项目管理或技术支持经验；

   具备较好的沟通协调能力及商务意识；

   责任心强，具备较强学习能力；

   英语能作为工作语言使用。 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment, Industrial Automation, Electronics Manufacturing, or related industries. • Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry and supply chain. • Experience in customer engagement, project coordination, technical support, or business development. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong learning capability and customer-oriented mindset. • English communication skills are preferred. 其他亮点：
