The position will focus on developing market opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting connector solutions for battery energy storage applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop new business opportunities in the Energy Storage market. • Analyze market trends and identify customer needs. • Promote connector products in battery systems, PACK, RACK, PCS, and BESS applications. • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. • Coordinate customer requirements with internal engineering and operations teams. • Support project qualification, sample validation, and mass production activities. • Participate in industry events and market development initiatives. • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.    本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、新能源等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上储能、新能源、电池系统或电力设备相关行业经验；

   具有较强的学习能力及市场敏感度；

   英语能作为工作语言使用。 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Energy Storage, Renewable Energy, Battery Systems, or Power Equipment industries. • Understanding of Energy Storage market dynamics and industry trends. • Experience in business development, sales, project management, or technical support. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Business-level English communication skills are preferred. 其他亮点：
