To ensure that AWAY SPA & FlT operates in a customer-focused manner and provides a high standard of professional and effective service to all members and hotel guests, Responsible for the management and supervision of the spa fitness area including classes, services, business hours, facilities and staff. Responsible for coordinating the operation of spa services including skin care, fitness and pool, massage event organization, reservations, reception area and changing area, Work with spa and Style Fitness managers to achieve successful spa operations and maximize quest and employee safisfaction.确保 AWAY SPA&FIT的正常运营，以客人为中心并确保为所有的会员，酒店客人提供高标准，专业有效的服务。负责管理及监督水疗健身区域包括课程、服务、营业时间、设施设备及英才。负责协调运营水疗服务包括肌肤护理、健身及泳池、按摩护理、活动组织、预约、接待区和更衣区域。与水疗及有型健身经理共同协作以达到水疗中心的成功运营,最大限度的提升宾客及英才的满意度。
