Design and implement next-generation control systems that merge traditional PLC logic with the benefits of a modern software stack Join prototyping team for new control solutions, running experiments to validate concepts, test performance, and refine control algorithms for scalability and reliability Design systems with future scalability in mind, ensuring they can adapt to new technologies, production increases, or evolving operational demands Proactively identify opportunities to bring the latest technology (e.g. AI) into Tesla’s intelligent production lines Comply with company rules and regulations, proactively identify and report potential hazards and incidents, and provide safety recommendations to create a safe environment through continuous improvement. MSc/ MS student of Electrical, Robotics, Computer Science or equivalent degree or related field Entry level experience with Python and C/C++ Entry level experience with Image processing (OpenCV hands-on experience is preferred) Robot programming experience(ROS/ROS2 knowledge is a plus) Workable oral & written English Self-starter and good team player who is eager to learn and know more Hands-on experience building, fixing and troubleshooting things using common hand tools and diagnostic tool Have good team collaboration spirit and communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a cross-functional team, and actively share technical experiences and insights
