Compliance Intern / 合规实习生

This internship role is designed to support the operational effectiveness of the compliance function by assisting with a broad range of day-to-day compliance activities and foundational compliance tasks. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to real-world compliance matters across areas such as regulatory

, internal policies and procedures, compliance monitoring, risk management, and compliance-related projects. Through this experience, the intern will develop a practical understanding of how compliance operates within a fast-moving business environment and how legal and regulatory requirements are translated into business practices.

• Legal Research: Conduct timely and accurate legal research on evolving compliance (including PIPL, anti-corruption and other relevant frameworks), and summarize findings into actionable insights for the compliance team.

• Contract & Policy Support: Assist in the preliminary review, drafting, and organization of routine contracts, documents and internal compliance policies.

• Compliance Inquiry Intake: Serve as the first point of contact for basic compliance questions from business departments—filtering inquiries, identifying the key issues, and escalating the inquiries appropriately.

• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain and organize compliance records, templates, and internal knowledge bases to support efficient team operations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, IT, HR) on compliance-related matters as needed, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.

What you’ll bring

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD degree program (law major required).

• Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong legal drafting and communication skills. Candidates with TOEFL score above 100 or CET-6 score above 600 are preferred.

• Core Competencies:

o Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

o Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with both legal and business colleagues.

o Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
