   协同采购负责人推进集团级采购项目，覆盖直接、间接多品类采购，参与项目调研、业务访谈、需求拆解、数据分析、方案设计到落地跟进全流程。 Work closely with Head of Procurement to deliver group level procurement projects covering both direct and indirect categories. Support end to end project delivery including research, stakeholder interview, demand decomposition, data analysis, solution design and implementation follow up.

   对接各部门业务负责人，挖掘真实业务诉求，整理访谈纪要，输出调研分析、对标研究、成本分析、降本及流程优化等汇报材料。 Engage with stakeholders from different departments, capture actual business

   本科及以上学历，985/211 院校或海外留学背景优先；4年及以上工作经验，具备优秀供应链管理/采购背景，有管理咨询 / 企业咨询背景优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, overseas education background is preferred. 4 years working experience at least; prior experience in management / corporate consulting is a strong plus, supply chain / sourcing background is also acceptable.

   突出的逻辑分析、信息整合能力，擅长数据分析，能够独立输出调研报告、分析及汇报材料。 Solid capability in data analysis, information synthesis and logical thinking; proven experience in preparing analytical reports and presentation decks.

   优秀跨部门沟通能力，可独立对接业务负责人，高效对齐多方诉求。 Excellent cross functional communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders to capture real business needs.
