   Review and test AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and correctness before it goes to production.

   Evaluate and experiment with new AI coding workflows, and share what works with the team.

   Write clean, maintainable code. AI helps you go fast, but you're responsible for the quality. --- What We're Looking For: Must Have:

   Solid programming fundamentals. You can write code without AI too, and you understand what the AI generates.

   Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar). We don't need you to have used all of them, but you should be comfortable with at least one.

   Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc.). Full-stack experience is a big plus since you'll be building end-to-end solutions.

    Able to review, test, and debug code, especially AI-generated code. You know that "it runs" is not the same as "it works."

    Good communication skills. You'll be talking to non-technical people daily, so you need to explain things in plain language.

    Self-driven. You'll be embedded in business teams, so you need to figure things out without someone holding your hand. Nice to Have:

    A portfolio of projects you've built with AI coding tools. Show us what you've shipped, not just what you've learned.

    Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or other applied AI techniques.

    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

    Contributions to open-source projects.

    Understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, code review, CI/CD).
