of the job: • Conduct QSP, mechanistic or semi-mechanistic PKPD modeling to understand the mechanism of action, facilitate molecular design and hypothesis testing, as well as build the correlation between PK and PD/efficacy • Predict maximum absorbable dose (MAD), human PK, and DDI with PBPK modeling • Explore drug ADME mechanistically with PBPK modeling • Apply PKPD modeling and PBPK modeling into human efficacious dose prediction • Collaborate with clinical pharmacology to provide a rationale for dose escalation and dose range in phase 1 studies • Evaluate novel in silico tools and methodology to improve human PK and dose prediction • Provide DMPK and PK/PD expertise and input into related documents such as Investigator Brochures, SOPs, study reports, manuscripts, summaries for regulatory authorities, INDs, NDAs and sNDAs • Other duties as assigned
