固态研究员/Solid State Research Investigator, CMC Drug Substance(博士)

Solid Form Screening & Evaluation Conduct solid form screening studies, including polymorphs, salts, cocrystals, hydrates/solvates, and amorphous forms. Perform and interpret solid state characterization using techniques such as: XRPD, DSC, TGA, DVS, PLM/hot-stage, spectroscopic techniques(FTIR, Raman, ssNMR, etc.). Support solid form selection through experimental design, execution, and data interpretation. Evaluate solid state properties relevant to pharmaceutical development, including stability, hygroscopicity, and manufacturability. Crystallization Development Support crystallization process development and optimization for selected drug substance forms. Conduct laboratory-scale crystallization experiments to understand crystallization behavior and process robustness. Assist in technology transfer and scale-up activities when needed. Documentation &Communication Maintain accurate laboratory records and technical reports. Prepare scientific presentations and communicate findings to project teams. Contribute to regulatory documentation and technical reports under supervision Laboratory &Scientific Excellence Follow laboratory safety policies and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Support instrument operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies in solid state science and pharmaceutical development.

for candidates: Education Ph.D. in: Solid State Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Crystallography, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. Experience Recent Ph.D. graduate or equivalent research experience. Industrial internship experience in pharmaceutical development is a plus. Technical Skills Experience with one or more of the following areas is desirable: Solid form screening Crystallization science Solid state characterization Pharmaceutical materials science Physicochemical property analysis Data interpretation and statistical analysis Software skills Microsoft Office Suite Data analysis and scientific software (e.g., CCDC-Mercury, CSD, Origin, or equivalent) Personal attributes Strong scientific curiosity and problem-solving skills, passionate about new technologies and methods Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, and manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English & Chinese), able to communicate effectively with international teams Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset, and attention to detail and commitment to scientific excellence
