Qualifications

   Demonstrate strong capabilities in industrial resource development and liaison: efficiently collect and identify genuine business demands of enterprises in the low-altitude economy and related sectors, while linking and promoting the institute's research outcomes to industrial partners for real-world implementation; candidates who can leverage their own industry experience and networks to bring horizontal and vertical projects to the institute are preferred.

   Familiarity with the application policies and procedures for national, provincial, and municipal government flagship/indicator projects (major special programs, open-call mechanisms, demonstration projects, pilots, etc.); hands-on experience in project application, proposal writing, defense organization, and full-process management.

   Master's degree or above; at least 3 years of full-time work experience, ideally in universities, research institutes, government agencies, or technology enterprises; experience in industrial investment promotion, university-enterprise cooperation, or joint cultivation and training programs is preferred.

   No specific academic background is required; candidates with a background in low-altitude economy and management, aerospace science and technology, transportation engineering, or unmanned aircraft systems engineering are preferred.

   Proficient in using various AI tools to improve efficiency in research, writing, and project management.

   Working language is English; capable of handling daily work, business negotiation, and academic communication in English. 资历要求：

   具备产业资源挖掘与对接能力：能够高效收集、挖掘低空经济及相关产业企业的真实业务需求，推动研究院科研成果向产业端企业链接、推广与落地转化；若能依托自身从业经历与人脉资源为研究院导入横向、纵向项目者优先考虑。

   熟悉国家级、省市级政府指标性项目（重大专项、揭榜挂帅、示范工程、试点示范等）的申报政策与流程，具备项目申报、材料撰写、答辩组织及全流程管理的实战经验。

   硕士及以上学历，具有3年以上全职工作经验，具备高校、科研院所、政府部门或科技型企业相关工作经历；有产业招商、校企合作、联合培养、培训项目等经验者优先。

    专业背景不限，低空经济与管理、航空宇航科学与技术、交通运输工程、无人驾驶航空器系统工程等专业优先。

    能熟练运用各类AI工具，以提升研究、写作与项目管理的效率。
