产品工程师（电机）

included but not limited 岗位职责包括但不限于： • Participate in new motor technology scouting and explore new ideas for compressor application; 为中国市场需要，进行电机技术的探索和空压机应用的电机方案开发。

• Responsible on motor and drivetrain development to accelerate the new products development for Market. 负责电机和驱动连开发以加速新产品快速推向市场。

• Lead existing and new developed motor Quality improvement by cooperating with other departments. 与其他部门一起，参与现有的及新开发的电机质量改。

• Execute mechanical & electrical design & calculations. 执行机械与电气设计及计算。

• Generate Test plan and guide the test procedure, review test reporting and responsible for conclusions by documentation. 生成测试计划，指导测试流程，审核测试的报告，完成结果及结论文档。

• Collaborate with overseas experts and suppliers for technology development and projects. 与海外专家及供应商合作，推动技术开发与项目进展。

岗位任职能力与资格要求： Educational Requirement知识/学历要求 • Master's degree or above, major in electrical engineering or electromechanical or mechanical engineering. 硕士及以上学历，电气工程、机电一体化或机械工程专业。 Experience Requirements经验要求 • More than 3 years’ experience in motor development. 3年以上电机开发经验。

• Understanding of motor theory, mechanical & electrical design, manufacturing, prototyping and test are required. 需掌握电机理论、机械与电气设计、制造、原型制作及测试。

• Experience in VSD and high-speed or related motor knowledge, permanent magnet synchronous motor is preferred, 需要具备变频高速或相关电机经验，拥有永磁同步电机经验者优先 • Experience in mechanical design & calculation is required, motor cooling design is preferred. 需具备机械设计与计算能力，有电机冷却设计经验者优先。 Competency and personality requirements 胜任力与个性要求 • You are a positive thinking and open-minded team player with a strong interest to work in an international company. 积极乐观、开放包容，具备团队合作精神，对在国际公司工作有浓厚兴趣。
