Carefully check machining drawings and process documents to ensure the accuracy of machining parameters and programs, preventing machining errors. 定期对数控机床进行日常维护和保养，包括清洁、润滑、检查刀具磨损等，确保设备的正常运行和加工精度. Regularly perform daily maintenance and upkeep of CNC machine tools, including cleaning, lubrication, and checking tool wear, to ensure the normal operation and machining accuracy of the equipment. 及时发现并处理加工过程中出现的异常情况，如尺寸偏差、表面质量问题等，必要时与工艺工程师沟通协调，调整加工参数. Promptly identify and address abnormalities that occur during the machining process, such as dimensional deviations and surface quality issues, and communicate and coordinate with process engineers when necessary to adjust machining parameters. 记录加工过程中的关键数据和信息，如加工时间、材料消耗、设备运行状态等，为生产管理和质量分析提供依据.
