Material planner

You will develop and maintain production and material plans based on customer demand, inventory levels, and production requirements to ensure timely material availability and smooth production operations.

You will create and release Purchase Requisitions (PRs) according to material requirements and follow up on procurement progress to support production schedules.

You will conduct Available-to-Promise (ATP) checks and provide accurate and timely feedback on material availability and delivery commitments.

You will monitor supplier delivery performance, coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to resolve material shortages, and ensure continuity of supply.

You will maintain and continuously optimize planning parameters, purchasing models, and inventory control processes to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

You will analyze ERP data and inventory performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, inventory optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.

You hold a bachelor's degree major in Engineering.

1-3 years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related areas.

Familiarity with ERP and MES systems; SAP experience is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.

Knowledge of material planning and inventory management concepts, including ABC classification, safety stock, EOQ, and demand planning.

The ability to work both independently and in a team, good at communication, self-motivated on learning and problem solving.

Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
