(HK) Operations Manager - Branch

 Oversee the stock trading team to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.  Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and other related topics.  Maintain accurate records of all transactions and perform daily audits to ensure that all transactions are recorded properly.  Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.  Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement promotional campaigns and other initiatives to attract new clients and increase sales.

 Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field  Minimum 5 years working experience in banking or financial institution  Minimum 2 years of experience in working in stock trading / investment banking environment  Concrete knowledge of financial industry, ideally with SFC license 1 and 4.  Knowledge of stock market trends and investment strategies  Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, customer services and communication skills  Strong organizational and time management skills
