任职要求
Education: • University degree Professional experience: • At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the industry / automotive industry as a global program manager Professional knowledge and skills: • Program Management Systems and Methods • Very good financial knowledge (Business Case, NPV, IRR, Net Profit) • Technical affinity • International cooperation management sense Languages: Business fluent in English. German and Chinese desired. Competence: • Intercultural awareness with strong social skills • Communication skills with impact • Decisive team player • High degree of responsibility and accountability • Goal-oriented and economical way of working • Very good analytical skills • Entrepreneurial thinking
