   Collect and analyze technical

for overseas ESS projects；

   Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on customers’ demands, prepare bidding documents；

   Identify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementation；

4. 04

   Prepare and negotiate technical agreements；

5. 05

   Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information；

   Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands. Requirements：

   Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors；

8. 02

   Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems；

9. 03

   Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology；

10. 04

    Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions out of China；

11. 05

    Priority given to those with 2 years or more of experience in new energy projects (energy storage, PV, wind power, etc.) ；

12. 06

    Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Prior to English + second major languages like French, Chinese.

    Excellent customers’ demands analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills;

    Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
