Investment Banking – First-Year Analyst Program

We are recruiting for our First-Year Analyst Program within the Investment Banking Division. Candidates will be embedded in one of our five specialized teams: AI, Healthcare, Consumer, Industrial & Intelligent Manufacturing, or ECM. This program includes a pre-internship for mutual fit. Program Type: Full-time, Permanent Target Graduation Year: 2027 Why Join Our Analyst Program? • Intern-to-Analyst Bridge: Before the full-time start, selected candidates typically complete a 3-month internship. This allows you to contribute to live projects, experience the pace of investment banking, and confirm mutual fit before joining the Analyst class. • Early exposure to high-profile deals: From day one you will support IPO, spin-off, follow-on and M&A transactions, working closely with senior bankers on real client mandates. • On-the-job training & real-time coaching: Learn side-by-side with Associates, VPs and MDs while building models, drafting filings, preparing materials and joining client meetings. • One-on-one mentoring: You will be paired with a senior banker who has executed multi-billion-dollar IPOs, M&As and private placements. • Fast-track career path: High performers are eligible for promotion to Associate in approximately two years, subject to merit-based reviews and business needs. What You Will Do: • Build and maintain DCF, LBO, merger and other valuation models;

• Draft pitch books, prospectuses, diligence reports, investor presentations and marketing materials;

• Perform industry, company and comparable company / transaction analysis for AI, Healthcare, Consumer or Industrial clients;

• Track market developments, investor sentiment and trading activity;

• Support order gathering, price discovery and book-building for IPOs and other equity offerings;

• Coordinate roadshows, one-on-ones and conference calls with key investors;

• Liaise with lawyers, accountants and regulators to keep transactions on schedule;

• Prepare internal memos for risk, pricing and investment committees.

Candidate Profile: Must-Have: • Master’s degree expected in 2027 STEM backgrounds strongly preferred (Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science). • Demonstrated passion for Investment Banking and capital markets;

• Exceptional analytical ability, numerical accuracy and attention to detail;

• Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin. Nice-to-Have: • Previous finance/consulting or technical related internship. • Familiarity with VBA/Python/SQL for data analysis / automation. • Leadership achievements demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
