根据产品趋势或客户需求组织设计团队，从成本、品质、可靠性等维度进行全面评估，输出最优方案；

独立和组织团队与客户进行直接交流，面对客户提出的技术问题进行有效解答，满足客户需求；

根据产品特点领导团队制定最优的工艺路线，并根据工艺需求开发相关工艺及设备；

领导团队拉通内外部资源，攻坚技术问题，保证有品质交付，并做好项目沉淀复盘

本科及以上学历；具备英语听说读写能力； 2、5年及以上产品设计或工艺技术相关工作经验，了解产品设计相关知识；

具备一定的项目技术统筹能力和创新能力；较强的应变能力、抗压能力。 Job Description:

Able to organize design team according to product trend or customer demand, conduct comprehensive evaluation from cost, quality, manufacturability, reliability and other dimensions, and output optimal solutions;

Able to independently organize a team to communicate directly with customers, effectively answer technical questions raised by customers, and meet customer needs;

Able to lead the team to develop the optimal process route according to the product characteristics, and develop the related process and equipment according to the process requirements;

Able to lead the team to connect internal and external resources, tackle technical problems, ensure quality delivery, and do a good job in project recovery. Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above. Fluently in English or Korean;

5 years or above work experience in product design or process technology, understand product design knowledge；

Have certain project technical coordination ability and innovation ability; Strong strain capacity and pressure resistance.
