Manufacturing Process Engineer (Green Hydrogen)

What we need you to do: Develop, scale, and optimize advanced manufacturing processes for PEM and AEM electrolyzer hardware, with a strong focus on process development and automation； Design and implement automated and semi-automated assembly processes for membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs), bipolar plates, sealing systems, and stack integration； Define process flows, cycle time targets, line layouts, and equipment

to support pilot production and high-volume manufacturing； Lead process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, and establish control plans and SPC methods to ensure process stability, repeatability, and high yield； Work with equipment vendors to specify, procure, and commission custom tooling, fixtures, and automation platforms； Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and process robustness using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies； Conduct root cause analysis for yield losses, process deviations, and reliability issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions； Partner closely with R&D and quality teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable, scalable, and ready for production； What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field； Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical and manufacturing challenges； Good understanding of manufacturing process development, equipment integration, process validation, and production scale-up； Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills； Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for use as a working language
