   User

analysis: Conduct user interviews, identify user pain points and valuable problem to solve, conduct user requirement analysis and translate into user stories

   User journey mapping, assessment and design : Assess the as-is business workflow and collaborate with business partners to create artifacts (personas, epics, user stories, etc.) using product management tools such as UML, workflows, Figma, Miro, articulate product vision and roadmap

   Agile development and product management: Assist in designing and developing digital product mockups, managing product backlogs, running user testing, collecting user feedback, analyzing and monitoring product KPIs

   Data analytics: Collect and clean data from multiple sources based on business scenario requirements to support analytics and model development, data visualization and presentation; support leadership and stakeholders in data-driven decision-making

   Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business teams, product managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality data solutions and support system deployment and issue resolution Role Requirements:

   Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information system Management, or technology related field with outstanding academic records

   Problem solving with accountability: Strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently, be able to communicate well-structured information and messages, strong execution skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership, drive products forward and solve problems timely and efficiently

   Analytics and programming skills: Familiar with data structures and basic modeling algorithms, experiences in programming languages such as SQL, Python or SAS

   Passion in product management: A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that users will love, and keen to lead product teams forward

    Generative AI (LLM) Experience: Experience in prompt engineering or building and developing LLM-based tools or workflows is strongly preferred

    Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a proactive attitude towards learning.     用户需求分析 ：开展用户访谈，识别用户痛点及高价值待解决问题，进行用户需求分析并转化为用户故事

    用户旅程映射、评估与设计 ：评估现有业务流程，与业务伙伴协作使用产品管理工具（如UML、工作流、Figma、Miro等）产出人物角色、史诗故事（Epics）、用户故事（user story）等成果物，明确产品愿景与路线图

    敏捷开发与产品管理 ：协助设计开发数字产品原型图，管理产品待办列表（Product backlog），开展用户测试，收集用户反馈，分析并监测关键产品绩效指标

    数据分析 ：根据业务场景需求从多源采集并清洗数据，支持分析与模型开发、数据可视化与成果展示；协助领导层及相关方进行数据驱动决策

    团队协作与支持 ：与跨职能团队（包括业务团队、产品经理和开发人员）协作，提供高质量数据解决方案并支持系统部署与问题解决 岗位要求:

    学历： 拥有统计学、数学、计算机科学、信息系统管理或技术相关专业的本科及以上学历，成绩优异

    问题解决能力： 具备扎实的问题分析能力，能够进行逻辑思考和独立判断；善于传递结构清晰的信息与讯息；拥有高效的执行力和责任感，能主动推进产品开发和实施进程，并及时有效地解决问题

    数据分析与编程技能 ：熟悉数据结构和基础模型，具有SQL、Python或SAS等编程语言的使用或开发经验
