包装器具验收与质量管控 负责新制、改制及优化后包装器具的现场验收，执行尺寸、结构、外观及功能性检查，输出验收报告并跟踪问题整改闭环。 Accept new, modified, and optimized packaging equipment through on-site inspection, including dimensional, structural, and functional checks. Generate acceptance reports and track issue resolution. 参与供应商生产过程巡检，协助识别制作过程中的质量风险，确保交付质量。 Conduct on-site supplier inspections to identify manufacturing quality risks and ensure delivery quality. 现场问题处理与技术支持 负责包装器具的日常巡视、点检与维护，及时发现并处理现场破损、变形等问题。 Perform daily rounds, inspections, and maintenance of packaging equipment to identify and resolve damage or deformation issues on site. 参与包装器具的失效模式分析，协助工程师制定改进方案，并跟踪落地效果。 Participate in failure mode analysis, assist engineers in developing improvement plans, and track implementation.

供应商与项目管理支持 协助管理包装供应商的生产进度与产能，参与KPI数据收集与评估。 Assist in managing supplier production schedules and capacity, and participate in KPI data collection and evaluation. 负责包装增投PO及一次性包材的日常计划管理，确保库存合理、切换顺畅。 Manage POs for additional packaging investments and daily planning of disposable packaging materials to ensure rational inventory and smooth switching. 管理Tesla自投包装模具的台账与状态。 Manage the ledger and status of Tesla's self-invested packaging tools.

方案评审与跨部门协作 参与新料架/新包装方案的评审及样架验收，提供现场实操视角的反馈。 Participate in new rack/solution design reviews and sample acceptance, providing feedback from an operational perspective. 与生产、物流、质量等跨部门团队及供应商协作，提升包装器具质量，推动降本增效。 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, Quality) and suppliers to improve equipment quality and drive cost reduction. 遵守公司规章制度，严格按照作业指导书工作，积极查找安全隐患，及时汇报安全隐患和事故，提出安全合理化建议，通过不断改进，创造安全健康的工作环境。 Adhere to company rules and regulations, strictly follow the standard operating procedures, proactively identify safety hazards, promptly report safety hazards and accidents, and propose rational safety improvement suggestions. 教育背景与经验 大专及以上学历，机械、物流、包装工程等相关专业； 至少3年主机厂、汽车供应链或制造业包装器具点检、验收或维护相关经验。 College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Packaging, etc.; at least 3 years of experience in inspection, acceptance, or maintenance of packaging equipment in OEMs, automotive supply chains, or manufacturing.

专业技能 熟悉铁制焊接、木制包装、塑料热成型 (Thermoforming)、注塑、发泡等不同包材的制造工艺要点及失效模式分析。 Familiar with manufacturing processes (e.g., Iron welding, Wood packaging, Thermoforming, Injection molding, Foaming) and failure mode analysis for different packaging types. 具备基础的包装设计理解能力，有自动化包装设备验收经验者优先。 Basic understanding of packaging design; experience in automated packaging equipment acceptance is a plus. 熟练掌握8D报告编写及问题分析方法。 Proficient in 8D report writing and problem analysis.

软性素质 适应高频次出差或现场作业； Willing to travel frequently or work on-site. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，性格开朗，责任心强，有自主学习意识。 Strong communication skills, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive learning mindset. 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel, PowerPoint）。 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
