Sr. Product Engineer，HR

As Software Product Manager, you will be business partner with our HR team and be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional projects across a variety of these teams from both business and IT. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and required documentation on HR including recruiting, onboarding, Core HR, Compensation, online training, talent, especially HR operation & Talent Management. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. Responsibilities • Business partner to understand business pain points and gather their cross functional IT

. • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems. • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Work together with product manager with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. • Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders. • Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects. Requirements BS in Computer Science. 5+ years' experience in HR relevant IT project or product. Prior systems engineering or software experience, and ideally experience with Core HR, learning management system, recruiting systems. Individual contributor design engineering experience is highly valued. Proficient in leveraging AI tools to perform Product Engineering responsibilities, with hands-on experience in AI projects. Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment. Experience managing end-to-end product deployment — from concept through development and successful launch. Solid product sense with the ability to understand product architecture and as well as drive and criticize design decisions. Ability to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action. Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization preferred. Agile software development workflow familiarity preferred. Nice to have： 3+ years’ IT business partner experience for HR. 3+ years' technical program management experience in OEM. Experience with .NET or Python is a plus. Experience in roll out of HR product to APAC countries & regions preferred. Experience in delivery of mobile app preferred.
