Audio Hardware Intern

Tesla is seeking an intern within the Infotainment Team who has knowledge of design, test audio products, specifically speakers, microphones, and amplifiers. This intern should understand the design and application of these components within an audio system. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the product testing and development of speakers, microphones, amplifiers, and other audio system products. • Gain a knowledge of our components and audio systems, relative to a vehicle environment and integration. • Perform simulations of these acoustic components, systems, and environments. • Work with cross functional teams to create and/or maintain best in class products. • Troubleshoot, root cause and provide solutions to component and system level failures.

MUST • Bachelor in Engineering with knowledge of developing audio products. • A Passion for audio, a self-motivation, and a desire to work in fast paced environment. • Hands-on experience in measurements of acoustic components. • Hands-on experience problem-solving & debugging skills. • Written and oral English communication skills.
