Support to develop business in line with Finishing overall strategic direction, planning of product launches including but not limited to: - Engaging with users on a regular basis and collect insights - Specifying and prioritizing user and market

• Facilitate relevant research studies and concept screening - Utilize UX and design thinking concepts to develop new products and services in line with overall strategic goals - Communicate product application and features know-how to expertise areas in an understandable way
