装配工艺工程师（磁悬浮压缩机）

included but not limited 岗位职责包括但不限于： • Preparation, review and release of maglev compressor element assembly process related IC and procedure. 准备，审查和释放磁悬浮压缩机机头组装工艺相关的IC和程序 • Identification, design, procurement, and implementation of element assembly equipment and/or fixture needs 定义，设计，采购和实施机头装配所需的设备和/或夹具 • Participate in trouble shooting of element assembly line to keep the production running smoothly. (4M1E) 能够参与解决机头装配生产线的工艺问题，保证生产的顺利进行。(4 M1E) • Lead or coordinate the new compressor element assembly line establish or relocation related project 领导或协调新压缩机元件生产线的建立或搬迁相关项目 • Continuous improvement project on element assembly process 机头装配工艺的持续改进项目 • Digital IC development and implementation of production 将数字IC开发并运用到产线 • Simulation for assembly line to optimize the assembly to increase efficiency 对装配线进行仿真，以优化装配，提高效率 • Production flow/workshop layout design 产线物流设计/车间布局设计 Competence and
