工艺工程师（QAM）

Your role

   As production engineer, in charge of method and production, work closely with planning team to push output and improved delivery performance. 作为工艺工程师，负责工艺和生产，与计划团队紧密合作推动产出并持续提升交货能力。

   Be responsible for medical gas products instructions from logistics, assembly and test procedure. Coach and monitor workers to follow the instructions. 负责医疗机相关产品的物流、装配、测试流程的工艺文件编制和改进, 指导和监督产线员工按照工艺要求生产测试。

3. 03

   Play actively on TCM/PQM, improved quality from production point and reduced quality cost accordingly. 积极参与TCM/PQM，从生产部的角度参与质量改善，降低生产相关的质量成本等。

4. 04

   Be member of PTM to support new project development and phase in production, properly hand DNs. 作为PTM的成员，支持医疗机新项目的设计开发和生产导入，及时准确的处理设计变更。

5. 05

   Be responsible for designing the layout of the production line considering proper assembly flow, tooling, fixture design, ergonomics. 负责产线的设计布局和优化，包括：安装流程、工具、工装以及人机工程学等。

6. 06

   Take care of improvement of 5S, safety and environment on production lines. 关注产线的5S、安全和环境方面的改善。

7. 07

   Make sure compliance of medical related regulations/codes like NMPA, HTM, MDR… 遵守医疗设备相关的法规，比如NMPA，HTM，MDR等。 To succeed, you will need

1. 01

   Bachelor’s degree or above, major in machinery or electricity related area. 电气工程或机械工程相关专业毕业，本科或本科以上学历。

2. 02

   Be familiar with the infrastructure installation, adjustment and inspection. 熟悉生产基础设施的安装、调整和检查。

3. 03

   3 years more engineer working experience. Team leadership is a plus. 3年以上工程师工作经验，有团队领导经验优先。

4. 04

   Experience in project teamwork and product development or production experience is an asset. 有项目团队工作、产品开发或生产经验者优先。

5. 05

   Enjoy new knowledge, willing to learn in technical area of medical gas equipment and filtration. 善于学习，愿意在医用气体和过滤器领域学习新的知识。

6. 06

   Good English both oral and writing, MS office, CAD tools and MRP system 良好的英语口语和写作能力，MS office，CAD工具和MRP系统
