? 100% follow up the SOP/WI 严格遵守标准操作流程和作业指导书. ? Responsible for product welding, as per production order and work sheet 根据生产工作指令和生产工单，完成焊接工作 ? Master the technology operation for product welding 掌握产品焊接的各种技术操作. ? Communicates with team leader/Engineer/engineering/quality team members and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve welding process or quality issues.和主管/工程师/工艺工程部、质量部等团队成员或者其它相关人员一起解决焊接加工工艺或者质量问题。 ? Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.保持设备和工作区域整洁，有序，执行基本的预防维护。 ? undertake TPM (Total Productive maintenance) on machine tools承担机器设备TPM活动。 ? To follow PPE and 5S,fire fighting management

遵从和执行作业范围内的劳保用品和5S和消防作业管理要求 ? Welding quality control, try to control the welding defects within the allowable range焊接质量控制，尽可能将焊接缺陷控制在允许的范围内 ? Strive to improve welding technology, select appropriate welding position and ensure proper selection of welding process parameters to improve welding quality努力提高焊接技术，选择合适的焊接位置，确保焊接工艺参数选择得当等方式提高焊接质量 ? Use the technical methods of various position welding operations to analyze the quality of the workpiece and propose measures to prevent quality problems运用各种位置焊接操作的技术方法，对工件进行质量分析，提出预防质量问题的措施 ? Analyze and solve various quality problems and faults during welding production分析焊接生产过程中的各种质量问题和故障，并加以解决 ? Cost awareness to improve production efficiency成本意识，提高生产效率。 任职要求： ? High school degree or above高中及以上学历 ? 2~3 years of welding experience2~3年焊接工作经验 ? Understand the type, model, structure, working principle, use rules and maintenance methods of welding equipment. 了解焊接设备的种类、型号、结构、工作原理和使用规则及维修保养方法； ? Understand the principle, characteristics, and application scope of common welding methods了解常用焊接方法的原理、特点及应用范围. ? Be familiar with the classification, brand, and selection principle of common welding materials熟悉常用焊接材料的分类、牌号和选择原则. ? Can read general parts, simple welding equipment drawings, gas cutting blanking drawings, pipe installation, process drawings and other drawings具备一般零部件、简单焊接装备图、气割下料图、管道安装、工艺图等图纸的识图能力. ? Correctly select and adjust welding process parameters, and correctly select brands and specifications of welding materials正确选用和调整焊接工艺参数，能正确选用焊接材料的品牌和规格. ? Welder operation certificate must be held必须持有焊工操作证
