CTS Sourcing Engineer 采购工程师-通信

To further strengthen the CTS purchasing team in China we set position CTS sourcing. She/he will participate continue localization projects in close cooperation with the purchasing colleagues in the Chinese product companies/CTS engineering in China and in the CTS division in Belgium to achieve good cost and support to optimize operation cost of AC group. She/he will participate of purchasing project of drive supplier packaging improvement and optimizing together with Distribution Centre and CTS marketing to enhance excellent marketing strategy. She/he will participate purchasing project of supplier management and development with closed cooperation with Import/export team of Distribution Centre to compliance customs regulations. Support our Regional Distribution Centre to assure highest availability of CTS parts to our Asian customers. Responsible for assigned commodity management, establish the commodity strategy and act it. Contribution to the product leadership and cost leadership through sourcing activities. Maintain and develop strategic relationship with suppliers and build sustainable & effective partnerships. Reduce the number of issues by a proactive and analytical root cause analysis and definition of an action plan. Play an active role in interaction between local purchasing team and other parts of the organization (in CTS, in the Distribution Centre, in product company) Evaluate, preserve, develop existing supplier by means of AC management tools, introduce competitive new suppliers to improve supply base competence. Undertake responsibility on assigned new projects through sourcing activities. Follow Atlas Copco Way in daily work to implement sourcing mission, vision and strategy. Educational

Bachelor degree in Electrical, Engineering or industry fields, or an equivalent combination through education and professional experience. Sourcing or engineering experience on electrical, sensing technology or wireless communication Personality requirements Fluent in written and spoken English; capable of independent cross-border conference communication, online & onsite international meeting negotiation, daily correspondence with overseas partners. Good planning and executing capability, good team player, could work under pressure, systematic thinking. Strong inter-personal, influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner through a variety of media.
