HR Generalist (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities Support the holistic advisory and guidance of (store) managers and employees on all HR-related topics, including labor law matters and employee relations Assist in handling employee-related cases (e.g. performance issues, conflict situations, disciplinary actions), ensuring a confidential and professional approach to sensitive HR matters Support all activities across the full employee life cycle Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility programs to foster and retain talent Support performance management processes, career development, and training initiatives in close collaboration with HR and Training teams Conduct retention and exit interviews and analyze relevant HR KPIs and reports to derive actionable insights Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards Participate in HR projects and support the implementation of actions derived from employee surveys to enhance engagement and retention Assist in drafting employment contracts, HR documents, and reports in close collaboration with the HR team Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment activities (job postings, candidate selection, interviews) When required: conduct store visits to collaborate closely with retail teams
