Failure Analysis Engineer-Germany

FA team formation (sort out and count the fault information and establish a failure analysis team);

Failure cause analysis (using 8D logic, skillfully using FTA, fishbone diagram, 5WHY and other methods to analyze failure causes, including cell & module disassembly);

Improve the overall planning of meetings (convene team members, discuss and formulate analysis, and improve the verification plan);

Follow up the implementation of improvement measures (timely follow up and confirm the improvement verification effect);

FA statistics and experience sharing, and output 8D report (form lesson learning and form a closed loop); 6 、 Coordination of resources related to the analysis process;

Report to customers as required. Job

Bachelor’s degree or above in electrochemical, electronics, materials or machinery is preferred;

Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of lithium battery products;

Familiar with scientific engineering analysis tools, such as 8D / FTA / Fishbone diagram/ 5Why, and a strong logic thinking ability;

Proficiency with office software, such as CAD ,Microsoft office;

With the knowledge of SEM (Scanning electron microscope) / FTIR(Infrared detection equipment) / ICP (Inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer) / EIS (Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy), and other equipments for analysis in battery industry;

Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc;

Fluent in English and German;

Efficient communication skills; Attention to detail;

Electrician certificate or forklift license is advantageous.
