SPECIFIC (70%) Ensure efficient operations of BME services in alignment with the hospital’s strategic plans. Monitor key performance indicator for BME and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Analyze repairs and maintenance data to optimize maintenance efforts. Identify service discrepancies and work on process improvements. Work closely with clinical staff (Doctors and nurses) and other departments to ensure delivery of projects/assignments or issues relating to workflows. GENERAL (30%) To be able to plan and execute assigned projects. To participate in the execution of the Department’s Annual Plan. To be a leader in embracing change.
