Cost Management Lead/整车成本管理负责人

What you will do? More than 10 years of experience in vehicle and component cost management, with proven experience in overseeing cost management throughout the entire development process of a brand-new vehicle. Ability to strategically plan and manage the balance between vehicle profitability and product competitiveness. Capability in cost risk management during vehicle development. Insightful analytical capability regarding market competitors. Ability to conduct cost valuation/pricing reviews for components.

1. 01

   Full Lifecycle Cost Management Lead early-stage cost planning for new models, set cost targets based on market positioning, and formulate and execute multi-path cost improvement strategies. Monitor project cost status throughout the entire process, dynamically identify risks and opportunities, and ensure cost targets are met at each stage. Assess the lifecycle profitability of models, balance investment and returns, and provide key decision-making insights for management.

   Comprehensive Cost Improvement Deeply analyze cost structures across the entire value chain, including materials, processes, logistics, and manufacturing, to identify cost-reduction opportunities. Collaboratively drive cross-departmental cost-reduction initiatives across the value chain, including teardown benchmarking of competitors and on-site lean improvement activities, to achieve cost optimization. Based on market and user demands, promote optimization in configuration and styling to drive a balance between product competitiveness and cost competitiveness.

   Process & Tool Optimization, and Team Development Continuously optimize vehicle cost management processes and analytical tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cost management. Cultivate and enhance cost management capabilities within the Purchasing and Finance departments.
