Execute apparel design, working closely with Design Team Lead, Designers, MD, Development in timely manner. · Ensuring the products are high-quality and those conform to brand value and standards. · Understand and maintain the Descente Design DNA. · Support and help evolve the current Descente design language, · Represent the companies design philosophy and – direction to internal and external partners, other industries. · Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in garment development area. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES : · Knowledge of Apparel product design and creation process. · Great drawing skills : Adobe Illustrator · A problem solver with a detailed oriented approach. · Strong presentation, planning and analytical skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong influence skills

Minimum 7 years experience in Apparel/Sports Apparel industry. · Minimum 2 years performance product development experience. · Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
