s: Lead AI-enabled manufacturing projects such as predictive maintenance, intelligent quality inspection, production planning, and process optimization. Collect, clean, and analyze data from MES systems, equipment, sensors, and industrial data platforms. Translate operational challenges into digital and AI solutions. Support development and deployment of digital products (AI models, decision-support tools) in plant environments. Collaborate with data scientists, automation engineers, and operations teams to ensure scalability and impact.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Intelligent Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Automation and Electronic Information. Juniors, seniors, first or second-year postgraduates are preferred. Solid professional foundation; preference for those with knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and digital production concepts. Data Processing: Master basic data collection, cleaning and analysis; proficient in Excel for data sorting. Priority for SQL/Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) knowledge, and industrial data processing experience is a plus. AI & Digital Cognition: Understand basic AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, predictive models) and have basic knowledge of predictive maintenance, intelligent quality inspection and production optimization; willing to learn AI application in manufacturing.
