Principal Application Engineer SIPI

Performing system-level SI/PI design service for customer projects. - Working closely with the Cadence IP team on the latest IP designs, such as (LP)DDR4/5/6, 56G/112G/224G Serdes, GDDR6/7, HBM3/3E, and more. - Providing technical application guidance on SI/PI for 3D/2.5D/package/PCB designs and evaluation. - Working with customers in supporting technical campaigns. - Partnering with the Sales team to explore marketing opportunities.

A BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Communication Engineering. - Over 7 years of experience in SI/PI/EM-related roles. - Proficiency with Cadence SI/PI tools or similar software. - Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EM technology. - Knowledge of PCB and package design. - English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. - A self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
