• Support productivity and environment management relevant projects. · Support weekly summarizing production practice cases and submit process optimization measures. · Support to build AI workflows with platforms such as Dify, support internal knowledge base development, and optimize AI assistant performance. · Prepare, organize, and coordinate meetings, workshops and events, etc. · Prepare relevant documents and other daily administrative tasks.

/Required Qualification: · Chinese native, excellent English language skills & (German prefer). · Interest in AI platforms, AI agent, and AI workflow development with relevant project experience. · Basic python skills. · Education: Automotive engineering or manufacturing and other related majors preferred. · Excellent in MS Office package (PPT skills prefer). · Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills.
