Project Management

You will lead and manage all phases of large-scale, cross-functional projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, adhering to established methodologies and best practices.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

You will oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and reporting on variances.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

You will identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and implementing solutions to ensure project success.

You will prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, and performance.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and tools across the organization.

You will ensure projects comply with all relevant company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is highly desirable.

Ability to travel as required.
