009K3H-Product Owner

Develop and manage new product roadmap/ portfolio strategy/ GTM for Data Center physical infrastructure (Rack/ Cooling/ UPS/ MDC/ DCIM) in China market, including product positioning and portfolio evolution, lifecycle management. The offer marketing representative working with the R&D team on new offer creation projects with responsibility for product definition, feature prioritization, scope versus schedule tradeoffs, pricing, positioning, go-to-market plans. Close working with commercial team, define the strategy of Way to Market, segment plan and pricing strategy in order to achieve ambitious business growth. Build up the winning value proposition that ensures the further growth plan in strategic segments Collaborate with global offer management team on China for Global roadmap/ portfolio/ platform define and development.

Experience Required: Deep understanding and insight of data center physical infrastructure (Rack/ Cooling/ UPS/ MDC/ DCIM), application, segmentation, competition, and key customers’ needs. 5~10+ years working experience on data center domain and 5+ years’ experience in offer management, offer creation, and solution architecture. Demonstrated success defining and developing market leading products Self-starter who is hungry to take on new professional challenges, and looking for roles with enormous growth potential . Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills Good spoken and written English Knowledge and Skills required (Must have) Bachelor, Master degree in an engineering or industrial field Rich offer management skills and new product development experience Knowledge and Skills required (Nice to have) Knowledge in agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and DevOps. Able to influence the organization and leverage stakeholders to foster team efficiency. Education Required Bachelor degree in power electronics, thermodynamics, refrigeration, cryogenics Engineering or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
